Experienced course leader
Our course leader holds a degree in pedagogy and also serves as a professor of design management at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design.
She has authored two booklets based on her teaching experiences in co-design: The little Booklet on Design Thinking and The little Booklet on Business Design. First published in 2012 and updated in a second edition in 2016, these booklets are still in circulation today.

Brand Leadership
This course is designed for those responsible for shaping and leading a brand, and who wish to involve important key stakeholders in the company in the process.
Participants explore how to ensure that brand activities are aligned with the offering, business model, and core values. By creating a cohesive whole, it becomes clearer why customers should choose your company’s products.
The course can be tailored to the company’s brand, ensuring that both the process taught and the examples used are relevant for the participants. By combining strategic thinking with a brand-led approach, the course supports better decision-making, clearer brand narratives, and stronger leadership.
CIRCULAR design process
This workshop offers a practical introduction to the development of design processes that take into account requirements such as those in the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation. It can be tailored to ensure alignment with the company’s brand.
The course provides teams with tools to develop their own design process rooted in circular thinking – enabling them to meet upcoming regulatory requirements while strengthening brand awareness within the team. By combining design thinking, circular economy frameworks, the requirements of the Ecodesign Regulation, and the company’s brand, participants gain a structured approach to developing targeted and future-oriented working methods.
Strategic design thinking
This course helps your team apply design thinking at a strategic level to ensure that innovation efforts are aligned with brand value. It is ideal for professionals looking to increase both creativity and efficiency in development processes.

Circular rethink
