DIRECTION

In our projects, it is important to clarify goals and help the client find the right direction for their work going forward. This can mean choosing the right path for an organisation, products or services for a particular market, positioning an internal service function within the organisation, and making sure the business model is adapted to realise the organisation’s potential.

ANCHORING

Brand Valley makes sure all relevant stakeholders are involved throughout the project. Part of this work includes running engaging workshops, presenting to parties inside or outside the client’s organisation, managing other contractors that provide input to the project, and advising the client all the way through to the final delivery.

INSIGHT

Helping the client gain insight is important to get an overview of the challenges and opportunities ahead. We cover qualitative user insights to identify needs, trends and drivers analyses, as well as contextual mapping.
