approach
Development: The project began with a brief desk study to identify relevant drivers. The PESTEL methodology (political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal) was used to identify drivers that provide different perspectives. These were presented and further developed together with a working group from various companies and organisations. A total of 17 different drivers were identified and presented so that they could function as conversation tools (see photo 1 and 2).
Future Workshops: The first workshop was held on 29.11.22 at Flokk’s premises in Skøyen, Oslo. The second was held on 16.02.23 at Skaparlinken’s premises in Sykkylven. The aim of the workshops was to discuss what the drivers mean for the companies, as well as to identify relevant R&D projects. Afterwards, the workshop data was analysed and presented in a report.
result
A final report and 17 driver cards were developed.
Two workshops were carried out with the industry.
The workshops contributed to fruitful discussions among participants and laid the foundation for several project collaborations. Circularity in particular was highlighted as a key driver for the next five years. This resulted in two concrete innovation projects (Tekstur 1.0 and 2.0).
